Vegetarian pâté, spinach omelette, legumes, chitaké mushrooms, meslum salad with its Ardoise dressing, potatoes and vegetables.

Sugar shack meal:
Ham (cooked in hay), pork chops marinated in maple syrop and dijon mustard, spinach omelette , beans, meslum salad and its Ardoise dressing, potatoes and vegetables.

Pancakes (buckwheat ) and its strawberry and maple syrup coulis.
