Rate, payment and reimbursement policy |

Reservation Reservation for an individual activity: a credit card number is required. Reservation for: lodging in a cottage, a group: a deposit of 30% is required with a credit card number.
Payment Payment is made prior to the event. The payment options are: cash, cheque, direct payment and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx). The lessons (series of 10) are payable at the first lesson and must be taken within 12 months after the initial course. For groups, the balance is payable by invoice or credit card.
Cancellation For individual activities, no fee will be required for a cancellation 24 hours in advance. Same policy for cancellation due to bad weather. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the activity, the customer must pay the total amount required. If an outing is cut short due to bad weather or injury to the horse or the rider, the price will be adjusted according to the time used. Ex: A ride of 1 hr 30 min. at a cost of $45 is shortened after a one hour activity, it will cost $ 30 to the participant. For groups or rental of cottage for 1 week or more, the deposit is refundable if cancellation is made 30 days before the date of the activity.
